Is Facebook Turning into a Porn Site?

If you have been hanging around Facebook lately, chances are you have seen the hardcore porn that’s flooding up your timeline. It appears to be just normal updates on your newsfeed, yet the supposed user has no idea of what was being posted. (The post itself is really graphic, not a PG-13 material.)

(What’s really funny, and tragic, is when your boss walks past your desk and saw all that “porn.”)

As of this writing, Facebook is currently investigating to address the issue. It’s still unclear if who’s the source of this offensive content. The spam happens at random – the unwary user will click on a link and fill their friend’s newsfeed with porn.

Reports say that users are furious – attacking Facebook that it turned into a porn site. Others stop using the social network to avoid opening the malicious posts.

For now, keep your profile safe by staying away from Facebook clickjacking

Beware of Facebook Clickjacking

Facebook spam has been a pressing issue for the users – this clickjacking worm has gone viral in the social network that hit thousands of users. The scam is simple, the users are supposed to “like” a link. Usually, it reads – OMG Click here to watch this video – very convincing bait for the users.

Before clicking any links, always check the URL (does the extension exist?) When you click on the link, your account will be compromised – it will start sending spam to your friends.

If you have fallen prey to this modus, visit the Facebook privacy settings and look for the “Apps and Websites.”Choose the app from the list and remove it from your account.

Here’s a video demonstration of Facebook clickjacking.
