Facebook Timeline: The Time of your Life

With the recent changes made by the Facebook developers, Mark Zuckerberg introduced the new profile design during the F8 Developer Conference in San Francisco. Dubbed as the “Facebook Timeline,” it gives the users more control to trackback what they have already published on the social network.

The question is – do you want to go back to your old Facebook posts?

Zuckerberg described it as “the heart of the Facebook experience.” The new design displays the past-time feed of your Facebook experience instead of the real-time newsfeed.  The Facebook Timeline is meant to tell the story of your life. The layout is completely different from the traditional profile.

The Timeline highlights your stories in a chronological order. According to Facebook blog post “The way your profile works today, 99 percent of the stories you share vanish. The only way to find the posts that matter is to click ‘Older Posts’ at the bottom of the page. Again. And again. Imagine if there was an easy way to rediscover the things you shared, and collect all your best moments in a single place.”

What do you think of these Facebook changes? Are you going to revamp your profile?
